[ris-int] halfweg will be down shortly for maintenance

Hi guys, halfweg will be down for maintenance in half an hour. one of the disk is making noises. Emil will look at it. I directed to RIS services to weesp. weesp will continue to answer user request during the downtime. Only, BGPlay is not running on weesp, I put a temporary message on the page saying service will not available for a while. Arife
