[ris-int] A patch to the bug of Atomic Aggregator Ip Address Missing problem for bgpdump in Libbgpdump-1.4

Hello Lorenzo, Recently I have fixed a bug of Missing Atomic Aggregator IP address in the -m format output of bgpdump. Will you please apply the patch to the source codes at http://www.ris.ripe.net/source/? Thank you very much. One full package is provided in this email. However, only the bgpdump.c is changed.
