[ris-int] decommisioning abcoude

Dear RIS team. Can you tell me if it is possible to start decommissioning abcoude? Some backgroundinfo: we are in the process of getting rid of all sparcs. By the end of this month only 5 sparcs will be in the SUN-support contract. And abcoude is not one of them, as it is a 2nd backup for weesp/halfweg. Thanks, Gerard.
