[ris-int] RIPE NCC RIS Project - De-Bogonising Update

Apologies for duplicate messages. Part of De-Bogonising New Address Blocks Activity, we are announcing prefixes from 85/8 on RRC03. Prefixes from 85/8 are now in regular production use so we are no longer announcing 85.192.0.0/16 and 85.255.248.0/21. If you have filters to accept those prefixes from AS12654, please update them accordingly. Kind regards. Arife
