Hi Arife, Now that I finally learned how to make xrtt work for me, I had a quick look and immediately have a question: Would it be possible for the ticketing system to send a reply customized to RIS instead of a generic RIPE NCC reply? e.g. in NCC#2004070198, the reply is send by hm-ack and ends with these lines: For more information about the RIPE NCC (the Regional Internet Registry for Europe and Surrounding Areas), please refer to http://www.ripe.net/. I'd think a pointer to www.ripe.net/ris would be more appropriate when someone sends a message to rispeering (or in future ris(a)ripe.net) Cheers, -- Rene

Hi Simon, IPv6 peering at CIXP with AS559 is down by now. We upgraded the box from FreeBSD to Linux, and Linux kernel does not have IPv6 support now, we try to get a new kernel with IPv6 support. As soon as we get new kernel, the session with AS559 will come up. Sorry for that. Regards. Arife

Hi Vasco, rispeering e-mails are ticketized by now, you can follow them from RIS group in xrtt. Oleg has to do few changes on RIS ticket que config about ACK. He will do it today or tomorrow, I guess. BTW, RIS guys, could you try to run xrtt on you X-box and let me know if it does not work? It looks, it works for me. It should also work for you. Arife

FYI: My wishlist for RIS (and if/when it moves to xrtt, OPS) ticketing system is to be able to check the status and all correspondence on a particular ticket, regardless of receiving yes or all e-mail coming in to the queue. For the *current* ops ticketing system one can see the status via the iii pages, or by doing a "req -show <ticketno>" on the command line (and "reqq" shows open ticket queue) I don't know xrtt, but similar functionality would be quite nice. -- Rene
