Hi,
Just putting together 24/7 report for the week and noticed alpaca has
been paging alot this week due to various things stopping responding,
riswhois, risweb, risdata etc.
Can you have a look over alpaca and see if theres anything thats
running slow and causing these problems? It looks like apache
processes regularly use 100% cpu.
Or maybe we want to split some functionality off onto different
machines, perhaps a virtual machines for running riswhois, one for
serving the risdata over http etc

Ive blocked access to alpaca from Pistons.CS.UCLA.EDU/131.179.96.24
after speaking to ruben.
This was hammering alpaca downloading ris data.
