Dear Colleagues, The third day of RIPE 79 had 711 attendees checking in, including 181 newcomers. Wednesday was all about Working Groups (WG): Address Policy, Cooperation, Connect, DNS, Open Source and ended with RIPE NCC Services. This day was also emotional as Axel Pawlik, RIPE NCC Managing Director, announced that he will step aside for a new generation of leaders after 20 years of service. But we also had fun celebrating networks that have signed their Route Origin Authorisations (ROAs) at the Incredible ROAs party.
