To me all of this sounds like an operational issue, and doing any security coordination without the buyin from all the involved operators is likely to fail. My suggestion is that we put the question of European Cert-coordination on the agenda for the next EOF-meeting, wich is colocated with the next Ripe meeting in Amsterdam. ---Peter
