Note to everyone, the system requires to login by RIPE access but then asks to create a separate Pretalx account. It is not clear which data storage and retention rules will apply to that. The user interface is quite smooth and mobile-friendly with one exception: it asks to mark available time slots at the schedule in UTC. That fails badly on mobile. I understand that it can be useful for plenary talks (as i former member of PC, i recall cases when participants are not available on certain days.) however it makes little sense for Working Group talk submissions. Therefore i ask for time selector to be made optional. Once approved, speakers can be asked to confirm their availability by PC (or the group chairs.)
