Dear all, For all LIRs attending the coming RIPE meeting in Amsterdam, (12-15/09/00), the RIPE NCC is proud of offering a new service! At the week of the RIPE meeting, there will be a Hostmaster Center in the meeting area with two hostmasters constantly available to the LIRs! You will be able to drop by at any time during the meeting and you can also set appointments with hostmasters. The purpose of the Hostmaster Center is to make it possible for you to discuss an on-going request, policies and procedures or any other issues pertinent to the Registration Services, with a hostmaster. Furthermore, two workstations with connectivity will be in place, enabling the hostmasters to look at your particular request if necessary. The RIPE meetings have always been used as an opportunity for our members to meet up with the hostmasters handling their requests and we wish to further facilitate this by making ourselves more available to our members.
