Dear colleagues, We stated earlier that our aim was to publish our final report today. However, based on the community feedback received, we need a little more time to make some final additions to the document. In light of some of these changes, we will also want to allow time for any final comments from the community after we post an updated version. Given that we're approaching the holiday break, we wish to give the community an ample opportunity to review these changes. We will be sharing these revisions after the new year, aiming to get this completed around the end of January. In the meantime, any further comments are welcome.
