Dear RIPE community, We at the Max Planck Institute for Informatik (Germany) and LIX, Ecole Polytechnique (France) have been performing measurements to understand how TCP options/features are processed by routers along the path (see our previous work [1]). We want to confront network operators' views with our observations. To this end, we propose this short survey [2] to operators and would really appreciate if you could complete it.
