Registration for both meeting and dinner is done in one form. Payment: By credit card as stated in the 26th RIPE Meeting Announcement or by cash at the meeting itself. Directions to venue: The restaurant is in the centre of Amsterdam, very near to Amsterdam Central Station. From Central Station you can take tram numbers: 1,2,5,11,13 or 17. Exit at first or second stop (restaurant is in the middle). The restaurant is situated at the fith side-street on the "Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal". It can also be reached from the "Damrak" and "Nieuwedijk". Menu: 2 choices for starter, main course and desert, which you can make Tuesday evening in the restaurant. Starter Salade of big and small shrimps ------ (salade with shrimps, croutons, bacon and raspberry dressing) Clear beef soup with madeira Main course Rib-eye with harisia herb butter ----------- Fish kebab stick with garlic sauce (salmon, codfish, pepper and bacon) Desert Caramel ice-cream with Kaluha and sugared nuts ------ Mousse of fromage blanc with strawberry sauce Vegetarian menus: We need to know in advance exactly how many vegetarian menus are ordered.
