It is a basic principle that Ebone remains AUP free including the transcontinental links. As appropriate, Ebone will make the necessary arrangements to achieve this objective according with the respective policy of its partners ; as its has been done by Nordunet for their US line, a financila agreement will be setup to cover the usage of the link for the 'commercial traffic' when and as much as necessary.
