[ripe-list] New on RIPE Labs: RightsCon - What's New in the Human Rights Debate

Dear colleagues, RightsCon is a huge conference focusing on human rights in the digital age. Starting off as a 400-head event ten years ago, this week’s event boasts an impressive 8,500 attendees. Topics range from Internet shutdowns, through content governance, data protection and human-rights-centred design to digital economy development. More input from the technical community on the discussions taking place here is always beneficial.
