Clean up of old ASN references in the RIPE Database

Dear colleagues, The RIPE NCC is starting to clean up references to returned AS Numbers in the RIPE Database, as discussed on the Address Policy Working Group Mailing List. The first batch of emails will be sent out today to the maintainers of the referencing objects.
