Dear colleagues, The third RIPE NCC Regional Meeting/South East Europe Meeting (SEE3) will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria at the Kempinski Hotel Zografski from 14-15 April 2014. We hope that this meeting will build on the success of SEE1 and SEE2, which took place in Dubrovnik and in Skopje.
