ripe-84: RIPE NCC Funding, Appendix A changed

Appendix A of ripe-84 has been changed to reflect the current status of the funding effort. Since this does not change the content of the document itself it has not been given a new number. We realise this is not good practise. Of course the appendix should have been a seperate document. Since it isn't this is the best way to keep things up to date. Daniel
