I am pleased to see the initial descriptions of RIPE and of RIPE NCC on page 4.

I support the  recognition of the risks of over-documentation on page 15.

I noticed two typos:

p10  "will only refer to consensus, which this is the term used in RIPE Documents.  "

p16 “Obsolete documents are clearly market…”
