ENISA, the European security agency, is doing a project on the security and resilience of OTT communication and collaboration services.  ENISA has published a survey about the importance of OTT services,  risks, mitigation measures, and COVID-19 factors that affect OTT security and resilience.  It is really short, and will not take more than 10 minutes. If you have a chance, or interest, your input is valuable for ENISA’s work.
