In the same vein, in order to be able to expense the hotel deposit, I need an invoice and the hotel does not reply to my request for the invoice :-(

 

Can RIPE do anything about this ?

Yes, indeed, the payment link you received
(https://pagamentos.reduniq.pt) is legitimate and securely managed. This
is the authorised platform EPIC SANA hotel uses for processing payments.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not currently accept payments via American
Express. If you'd prefer not to use the provided link, they also offer
the option of making a bank transfer as an alternative payment method.
