Re: Action items - JULY reminder

Anne this concerns Action 18.4, which has my name against it. A discussion has certainly taken place on the Local IR list, but some paper has yet to be prepared. Without prejudicing any volunteers, I'd say there could be a draft paper for RIPE-19. Action still OPEN. Cheers. Mike
