I just want to add that regarding the lunches there certainly were some issues. The dishes should be labeled with what they contain and list compatibility with common dietary needs. It was pretty much impossible for me to figure out which dishes contained lactose and I kind of just had to guess. I heard that it was also quite difficult for vegans to figure out which dishes they could have. This is a relatively easy issue to solve, just publish a menu that contains a list of all dishes and what they will contain.
My big +1 to this. Not only I had to ask which meals are gluten-free, on the first day they didn't know so I basically stopped the whole queue for a long minute by this simple question. Maybe even publishing the menu in advance online could fix this issue quite seamlessly.
I've witnessed such situations, combined also with the same problem as mine – nobody know what exactly the meal contains.There were other issues with the lunches too, like there simply not being much to pick from if you didn't eat meat. This should also be fixed although it was not an issue that personally affected me so others can probably give better input here.
Also a final small issue: on the first day they ran out of forks, how is that a thing?
