RIPE NCC Quarterly Report Issue 2 Available

The second Quarterly Report of the RIPE NCC is now available. It can be fetched from the RIPE document store as document ripe-73 in both PostScript and plain ASCII. RIPE documents can be found in directory ripe/docs/ripe-docs. The differences with the draft which was distributed at the RIPE meeting are minor. Most notable are additional graphics in Appendix H. As usual the NCC welcomes comments and suggestions.
