If Community indeed want to be specialised agency of the united nation collectively, it is not up to me to make such decision, I would not agree, but if this indeed is the community position, we can be open and transparent about it.
Keep confusing the community on "giving up community for governmental control" with "cooperation with governmental body", is not helping here.
