Probe cannot get ip

Hi all, I just got my probe two days ago and I have a problem. Up until now it still cannot connect. I see the lights blinking that's all. I can see the device from my Mikrotik list of leases but it does not seem to be active. Can someone help me in debugging this ?

Although the meeting is mostly technical, it is also a chance for people to meet and network with others in their field. RIPE 72 will take place from 23-27 May 2016 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The RIPE Programme Committee (PC) is now seeking content proposals from the RIPE community for the plenary sessions, BoFs (Birds of a Feather sessions), panels, workshops, tutorials and lightning talks at RIPE 72. See the full descriptions of the different presentation formats, https://ripe72.ripe.net/submit-topic/presentation-formats/. Proposals for plenary sessions, BoFs, panels, workshops and tutorials must be submitted for full consideration no later than 15 April 2016. Proposals submitted after this date will be considered depending on the remaining available space in the programme. The PC is looking for presentations covering topics of network engineering and operations, including but not limited to: - IPv6 deployment - Managing IPv4 scarcity in operations - Commercial transactions of IPv4 addresses - Data centre technologies - Network and DNS operations - Internet governance and regulatory practices - Network and routing security - Content delivery - Internet peering and mobile data exchange Submissions RIPE Meeting attendees are quite sensitive to keeping presentations non-commercial, and product marketing talks are strongly discouraged. Repeated audience feedback shows that the most successful talks focus on operational experience, research results, or case studies. For example, presenters wishing to describe a commercial solution should focus on the underlying technology and not attempt a product demonstration. Presenters should indicate how much time they will require. The proposal also introduces a 24-month holding period for IPv4 addresses and 16-bit ASNs after any change of holdership. RIPE NCC IMPACT ANALYSIS: Includes the point how the 24-month holding period for scare resources will be applied. i have just finished $subject. arin and ripe host and admin folk were cooperative and helpful to the point of being embarrassing; dealing with me when the moon is in klutz has to be a major pita. but inter-rir transfer works, works well, and works for legacy space. we are continuing by bringing up an rpki CA under ripe's CA, step by step over the next couple of weeks. normally, it would be trivial; so to make it exciting, we are doing it with pilot versions of the ripe and dragon labs code bases which support the new rrdb [0], as well as rsync, propagation methods. i hope to report success in boring technical detail at the iepg meeting on 2016.04.03 in BA. but i thought it worth reporting that inter-rir transfer works and works well. thank you ripe and arin. randy [0] draft-ietf-sidr-delta-protocol-01.txt

Dear colleagues, Here is our monthly overview of open policy proposals and their stage in the RIPE Policy Development Process (PDP). Proposals Open for Discussion: NEW: 2016-01, "Include Legacy Internet Resource Holders in the Abuse-c Policy" 2015-04, "RIPE Resource Transfer Policies" Proposals Awaiting Input: 2015-05, "Revision of Last /8 Allocation Criteria" ===== Proposal Overviews: NEW PROPOSAL: 2016-01, "Include Legacy Internet Resource Holders in the Abuse-c Policy" OVERVIEW: Aims for a mandatory abuse contact for Legacy Internet Resource holders in the RIPE Database. STATUS: Discussion Phase WHERE TO COMMENT: Anti-Abuse Working Group: anti-abuse-wg(a)ripe.net DEADLINE: 26 February 2016 FULL PROPOSAL: https://www.ripe.net/participate/policies/proposals/2016-01 PROPOSAL: 2015-04, "RIPE Resource Transfer Policies" OVERVIEW: Aims to create a single transfer policy with all relevant information on the transfer of Internet number resources, replacing text in several RIPE Policies. The proposal also introduces a 24-month holding period for IPv4 addresses and 16-bit ASNs after any change of holdership. RIPE NCC IMPACT ANALYSIS: Details how the 24-month holding period for IPv4 addresses and 16-bit ASNs will be applied. This would only be possible if the LIR has not transferred any IPv4 address space before.
