I had a look at some of the data, randomly selected. There are obvious security problems which can be dealt with without too much difficulty. But there's also duplication of data (i.e. multiple instances of phpmyadmin on the similar domains), and peculiar classification of risk levels (e.g. no DNSSEC bundled in with broken DNSSEC, and both classified as high risk). Improving baseline risks is sensible practice and even if we might quibble with some of the data, or what was missed, or how we'd like various risk levels reclassified, this is a useful and worthwhile project.
