As a part of the Regional Internet Registry (RIR) system, the RIPE community is invited to contribute to the second global consultation on the revision of ICP-2. ICP-2 documents the criteria for the establishment of new Regional Internet Registries. We invite you to share your feedback on this document via the RIPE Discussion list until Friday, 7 November 2025. The feedback that is received will be discussed by the NRO NC during their workshop taking place over 12-14 November 2025. We have carefully considered input from the various RIR communities as well as from the ICANN Public Comment process in order to revise the document. In the coming days, we will also share a redline version showing the differences between the two versions and a high-level overview explaining the main changes made.
