We worked with a European client in the Automotive Industry who required precision valve blocks made of stainless steel. The parts had deep internal threads and required a Ra = 0.8μm surfacetreatment. By using multi-axis CNC and custom fixtures, we delivered the project in just 15 working days, passing 100% pressure and CMM inspection. The client has since continued ordering from us.
