Please be noted that your shipment has reached Dhaka Airport and ready for clearance. As you have decided to clear the shipment on your own or by your nominated broker, please find attached the following which should be carried by yourself/nominated broker for receiving shipment :

• Arrival Notice
• AWB copy
• Invoice copy
• Master AWB copy
• Authorization Paper (in case you authorize us to clear)

1. By opting for "USE OWN BROKERAGE" for this Notice of Arrival Form (the "Form"), you (Consignee) acknowledge that the responsibility over the Shipment referred to above ("772165397672") has been passed to you from Bangladesh Express Co. Ltd. (Licensee of FedEx Express in Bangladesh), by handling over the shipping documents to you referred to above (the 'Shipping Documents'), for the specific purpose of completing Import Customs Clearance, using a clearance agent other than Bangladesh Express Co. Ltd.


2. Neither FedEx nor Bangladesh Express Co. Ltd. assume any liability with respect to the Shipment after signing this Form. Furthermore, neither FedEx nor Bangladesh Express Co. Ltd. shall undertake any formal Customs Clearance formalities once this Form has been duly signed by you.


3. You also acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the local customs regulations pertaining to the customs clearance of this Shipment with regard to Imports in Bangladesh. Upon customs clearance completion and payment of associated charges, you/your designated broker agree to undertake the physical collection of the shipment from customs facility and its delivery.


4. In the event Shipment remains in the customs cage area for a period longer than allowed by local Customs policy, the Shipment will automatically be abandoned to local customs and in such cases all applicable customs fees/charges will need to be settled by you prior to customs release of the shipment or it's return to the shipper.


5. You the undersigned acknowledge and understand that a Proof of Delivery (POD) scan will be entered in the FedEx system, upon acknowledgement of mail received of all shipping documentation associated with the afore-mentioned FedEx AWB and signing off this NFBRK Form. This agreement between Bangladesh Express Co Ltd and you, is in addition to Condition of Carriage agreed with the shipper, as set out in the FedEx Intl. AWB and at www.fedex.com/
