• Call for Presentations (CfP): The submission deadline for presentations is 15 September. Lightning talk proposals can be submitted until 6 October.

• Accommodation: Negotiated rates are available, but due to the limited number of rooms, we encourage you to book as soon as possible.

• Mentoring: Learn more about becoming a mentor or being paired with a mentor

• Local Hub: Can’t travel to Bucharest? Help bring the RIPE community together in your area by hosting a Local Hub.

• Childcare: Professional, on-site childcare will be available for children aged 6 months to 10 years, making it easier for parents to fully participate
