In the same year, the IANA Numbering Services Review Committee (IANA RC) was established. The IANA RC is composed of representatives from each RIR region and advises and assists the RIRs in the review and evaluation of the IANA Numbering Services. The operational delivery of the IANA Numbering Services is currently performed by Public Technical Identifiers (PTI). The report is available at: https://www.nro.net/rir-governance-document-version-2-status-report-q1-2026/ This report is a result of NRO NC workshop from 12 to 14 November in Montevideo to review the feedback received across the five RIR mailing lists, input via various webinars and online sessions, sessions held at RIR Meetings, community fora, engagement with ICANN communities and also via the ICANN Public Comment process. Following this review, the NRO NC concluded that while a large part of the document is in place, there are certain questions that warrant further discussion. This report lists “open” issues as well as those issues that received significantly more comments and the decisions made during the workshop based on feedback received. These issues will be addressed by updating the language in the final version. As work on the RIR Governance Document progresses, this status report highlights questions that are still under discussion and might be modified in the final version of the document. We encourage interested parties to review the status report and continue to monitor progress prior to the publication of the final draft which will advance to the RIRs and ICANN for approval and adoption [2]. Toto rozhodnutie bolo ťažké, pretože médiá nie sú dostatočne bezpečné na to, aby zverejnili dôverné informácie o pozostalosti pána Richarda Antjeho (v hodnote 6 628 000,00 USD). Sľubujem však, že budem za túto láskavosť veľmi vďačný. Je skutočne proti bankovej etike úmyselne zverejňovať dôverné informácie bez povolenia, ale vzhľadom na môj záujem o tieto peniaze sa cítim nútený Vás za týchto okolností kontaktovať. The second consultation was open from 28 August until 7 November 2025. During this window, the NRO NC received comments across the five RIR mailing lists, input via various webinars and online sessions, sessions held at RIR Meetings, community fora, engagement with ICANN communities and also via the ICANN Public Comment process. This summary provides an overview of the comments received, including input received through ICANN’s public comment which was held in parallel with the RIR community engagements. The NRO NC will continue to discuss the feedback received by the RIR and ICANN communities while revising the RIR Governance Document. New Draft RIPE Programme Committee Charter for your Review

Dear colleagues, We made some small changes to the RIPE Programme Committee Charter (currently ripe-829): In section 3. Composition and Roles, we added the option to have a representative from the regional community in Central Asia (CAPIF) on the RIPE PC (similar to the representatives from MENOG and SEE). At the same time, we added "RIPE" in front of WG Chairs and we added links to CAPIF, SEE and MENOG (all in section3).
