Good afternoon, Don't mean to jump the gun but may I suggest we schedule a face-to-face workshop before the end of the year to discuss the meatier aspects of our assignment? I think such a session would be quite productive for our work, potentially save us a lot of time and energy, and also it's nice to sync in person. Piotr told me the RIPE NCC provided some basic financial support (for transport and accommodation) so previous Task Forces could meet. Said he would check with Felipe if similar support could be afforded to us. Regards, James

I agree this could be helpful. Cheers, -- Shane

Agree, especially given our tight deadlines. I’ll check with the RIPE Board and see what options we have. I guess we can use the RIPE NCC office, does Amsterdam work for everyone? And who from the team would need support attending the meeting? Date-wise, I was thinking end of November/early December so we can finalise the outline, I’ll send a doodle so we can select a date for the face to face and the online call shortly. Regard Bijal PS. I’m still catching up on emails, replies to past emails maybe slow.
Cheers,
-- Shane

make sense to me and I'd believe that our friendly NCC staff can guide regarding the details since other TFs have had in-person gatherings already.

Just a reminder: the list is publicly archived. I'd prefer 1st or 2nd week of December; two "half" days or one full day, depending on travel times. Thanks, Peter
