Atlas UI and Docs updates

sure: It's a 64 bit Firefox 140.0.4 on a fully patched Windows 10. I get: "The connection has timed out The server at dnsmon.ripe.net is taking too long to respond. * The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. * If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection. * If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web." Hi Cristiano, According to DNSMON policy [1] we can start to monitor ccTLDs if requested by the zone operator.
