I don't receive a one-time code when I'm trying to log in

Hi folks, When I'm trying to login, after entering my email address and password, I'm being asked to enter a one-time code. However, I don't receive any such email with a one-time code. I've tried multiple times, different browsers and also checked spam folder but it seems it's not sent. I managed to log in using the recovery codes (miraculously I didn't lose them :) ) but there seems to be a bug with send the one-time code. Best, Vasilis
