Hi, I'm not sure but there is something incorrect on the UI; In Network tab => Connection History in the website, I have the feeling that the column Disconnected for/Connected for has been inverted. For instance, I was connected for 20hours, and now the UI displays that I was Disconnected for 20hours. Dunno if you see the same issue. Regards, Victor

Hi, On my probe #27262 (https://atlas.ripe.net/probes/27262/#tab-network), i was connected for 20hours since yesterday , when i was disconnected this morning at 11:20, But on the connection history, i see that i was disconnected for 20h21m. Hi, it also seems that the connection to RIPE Atlas looks very unstable. After I was thinking that it was an usb adapter issue, i'm disconnected from RIPE Atlas, i see traffic on both ipv4 and ipv6 to ripe atlas servers with responses. I cannot understand what happen. I need to restart the probe to make it display reconnected. Looks very strange as there is still tests running correctly and my connection is working correctly. Hi again Victor, The backend devs tell me the connection issues should be much improved, and that the previous inconsistencies you saw were due to out of order connects and disconnects. Going forward the connection history should be much more reliable. If you continue to experience issues of this sort, please reach out again and we will investigate further.
