FWIW, I tend to agree with Gert, especially on the basis that, generally, "there is no customer demand" absolutely equates to "customers might grumble, but still give us money, so why should we bother?".

The harder we are with our voting with our feet policies, the less vendors will try to argue that "there's no demand, soz" or AKA "pfo!".

I think there is a clear mandate from the RIPE community that all
internet-facing services the RIPE NCC offers SHOULD be dual-stacked
(and in my book that includes outsourced 3rd party services, if we
as users can see them).
