Hi. Even when it's a legitimate and laudable use of probes, I'd prefer Atlas itself wouldn't take a "political" side and keep the project only in a technical sense. The use that someone gives to the probes is a separate issue. I'm worried that saying explicitely that atlas probes are a device to test network neutrality, could make it to be banned in the same countries we're trying to observe.
