
Peter, I am not sure what you mean with “probe operator”. The owners of probes,i.e. me and thousands of others? The operator of the probe infrastructure, i.e. RIPE? Regards, Ernst J. Oud

Is there a way to directly contact the operator a probe? Or do I have to resort to abuse email addresses from IP whois and the like?
