[atlas] Re: v1 probe loses connection after a while (and webui needs more love)

i meant there were recent updates to ripe atlas i noticed the recent power outage is separate issue but i noticed problems appearing at same time. as it is always powered, i'm suspecting it now had to reconnect or maybe it also reflashes new updates on boot, so now it's different. but i don't know what's happening here. hence the question!
