They already exist (SamKnows, Grenouille, Bismark) so what's the point? Whether you endorse it or not, it happens. I am involved in a national measurement project in France <http://www.arcep.fr/index.php?id=8571&tx_gsactualite_pi1[uid]=1469&tx_gsactualite_pi1[backID]=1&cHash=a1c027a224> and Atlas is considered for the implementation but, of course, not being able to modify Atlas is a no-no.
