[atlas] Notification regarding corrections to credit balances.

Dear all, We'd like to inform you that we've recently discovered a bug in our accounting process that has caused some of you to be allocated fewer credits than you deserve. We've fixed the bug today. We are now calculating exactly how many credits have not been accounted for, and we will be crediting everyone's accounts accordingly.
