[atlas] Make more measurements

Dear Atlas users, for few weeks already it is possible to perform *more* UDMs (User Defined Measurements), since we have increased the limits, and allowed you to spend your well-earned "credits": - you can perform up to 5 measurements simultaneously, - from up to 50 probes, - and you can spend 270,000 credits per day.
