[atlas] Credit Sponsoring for DNS Research

Hello everybody, Currently, we’re working on DNS data for Starlink. Sadly, I have already burned through all 20M of my RIPE Atlas credits, but I would like to continue my measurements. Further measurements would probably require around 35M credits.
