i mean, is it new upgrade image not fitting into flash? is it failed flash, from writing? is it maybe unreadable flash due regions aren't updated for 11y? is it out of ram during upgrade? and it's not connecting why? it does some ssh traffic once of while still, constantly. wildguessing it's too old ssh client for server

btw, what's probe 3, that's still up too. and what's 1?
