it did work for me in chrome. i saw warnings in console, but nothing
that would stop the OpenIPMap pages from functioning.

that said, i changed tile loading from http to https , so that shouldn't
be a problem anymore.

Note that OpenIPMap is a prototype, and is scheduled to be replaced by a
production version.
