[atlas] Magellan report on built-in measurement 1

Asked this question before but that post did not make it to the mailing list: Why can’t Magellan report on built-in measurement 1 (first hop)? It always shows “No packets found”. Met vriendelijke groet/Regards, Ernst J. Oud
