[atlas] Change account email address

      Hi,

Is there a way to change the email address that is used to log
in to the RIPE Atlas site? 

I am talking about the email address that is the answer to the
prompt:

	Sign in using your RIPE NCC Access account

and not the alert email address used when the probe goes offline
for a period of time.
