Yes. It is configured for DHCP on portal also.

I have found that when you format the USB drive it looks for a DHCP server to get an IP before it will download the firmware, once it has formatted the USB drive it will then pull down the static IP configuration from the Atlas servers.

After a few more attempts one probe came online. Firmware download was probably a challenge due to high packet loss. It would be nice to have SOS messages indicating no firmware/firmware downloading. Yang
