[atlas] Request: RIPE Atlas Credits for Lab Course

Hello everyone, I am a PhD student at TUM and would require around 200M credits to perform large-scale measurements for a lab course that we are running with our master students (http://www.cm.in.tum.de/teaching/2019-imarl/ <http://www.cm.in.tum.de/teaching/2019-imarl/>).
